The Srishti Labs UBD Model involves early-stage integrated User, Business and Design research and exploration that leads to a variety of business deliverables.

At Srishti Labs, innovation is a multidisciplinary process that enables us to develop solutions for our clients that are sustainable and successful within the context.

Business and design thinking will play an important role in this multi-disciplinary approach. Design and business thinking will be utilized in empowering our client organizations with deep insights about customers' and end users' latent needs and uncovering opportunities that will lead to ground breaking ideas, services and products.

We invite expressions of interest from anyone wishing to join our team as staff, associates or interns.

The domains relevant to us are design, contextual & user research, business research and innovation management - with a strong preference for interdisciplinarity. Remuneration will be along industry standards.
