India is a land complex in its geography with 3.28 Million sq. km. in area (1/3 rd the size of USA), 28 states, 7 Union territories, 5161 towns and 630,000 villages.

Due to the challenge of innovating for the emerging markets, we use a research paradigm in which we combine two or more of the four critical elements of innovation: usage, design, business and technology. At S.Labs we encourage design thinking as a tool for change and improvement.
S.labs is offering a practice led research based professional and advanced diploma in user centered design and innovation. Professional Diploma is currently only offered to 4th year students of Srishti School of Arts, Design & Technology. The TWO year advanced professional diploma program is open for all qualified students.
Srishti Labs expands the mission of our founding investor, Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology, facilitated by its organizational structure of a “community of learners”. S.Labs is composed of industry-experienced professionals with 100+ years of experience in innovation, design, and user experience.
Growing out of Srishti’s experience working with industry and out of our staff’s experience of innovation and design research in corporate industrial labs, Srishti Labs was conceived in 2009 as a hybrid, bridge organization that blends the creative energy of students with the disciplined expertise of industry professionals.
