Michelle studied fine art and humanities at Sarah Lawrence College and then went on to earn a Masters in interactive art and design from the Interactive Telecommunications Program at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Upon graduation Michelle moved from New York to San Francisco and began working as an Interaction and Visual Designer. She's worked with museums, start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies such as Yahoo!, Adobe, and Intuit.
In the fall of 2008, Michelle wanted a change and moved to Bangalore to join Srishti School of Art Design & Technology as a teacher and Artist-in-Residence. Michelle has taught classes in Interaction Design as well as Art Practices. Michelle has held exhibitions at the Bangalore galleries 1 Shanthi Road Gallery (2009) and Samuha (2010).
