Violaine had a degree in both the Science of Education and Sign Language before choosing Industrial Design, which she studied at ENSCI-Les Ateliers, Paris. Working in Bangalore India since 2008 Violaine has worked with a variety of clients including Renault India, Via Design, The French Consulate and International NGO’s. Violaine’s work transcends many disciplines; from industrial scale product de-sign to exquisite one of furniture and jewellery pieces. Violaine’s passion for the many facets of the design process and the hybrid designs that result has led her to work on the Transcultural Design at Srishti, looking at the incredible hybrid designs that emerge from cultural collaboration.
